Ever been on overload in all you want to do? I feel like a racehorse ready to have the gate opened. The charge of energy I am feeling is what I have been missing. I have been trying to figure out where God wants me in his ministry. I had told one pastor that I wasn’t sure if God wanted me in politics. That one word pushed me to the side knowing that I would have to drop that part of my life at the church doors. So, I made the change and visited a different church and what a different vibe. Red Rock Calvary is in the battle zone.
They shared a video of a man who was responding to watching The Sound of Freedom. He was so sincere in his retelling of the real scenes where kids and babies are being snatched up. The pastor spoke about if you had no emotional response to what was played out on the screen then it was time to re-examine your heart. He then unpacked as believers how we reign in our emotions so that we walk with integrity as a representative of Jesus. It was so good. Vengeance belongs to God, but doesn’t mean we can’t enter the battle.
“I will take revenge, I will pay them back. In due time their feet will slip. Their day of disaster will arrive, and their destiny will overtake them” (Deuteronomy 32:35).
“Never pay back evil with more evil. Do things in such a way that everyone can see you are honorable. Do all that you can to live in peace with everyone. Dear friends, never take revenge. Leave that to the righteous anger of God. For the Scriptures say, “I will take revenge; I will pay them back, says the Lord” Romans 12: 17-19.
With that being said, the Bible doesn’t say that we are to stay silent on issues. So, with that I was given information on classes you may be interested in if the movie really moved you to want to get involved with solutions.

I truly want to host the Biblical Citizenship classes so I will keep you posted. I have only attended one Sunday, so I need to take it one step at a time. Prayers that this movement keeps up the momentum and we take our children back in every aspect of their lives.
Prayers for those putting themselves out there politically as I am watching some state races and it can surely be brutal-attacks from every side. Keep them courageous and focused on the end goal of bringing the politics back to “we the people.”
