The church and politics: Vote
1 in 3 Christians may not vote in this election. I was energized yesterday which was the 1st day for early voting. We took part in a rally where I talked to people which many of them were elderly and listened to their concerns about food, gas, and energy prices. I’ve been told to keep politics out of the church, but religion plays a powerful role in politics, and the relationship between the two is every-changing. The governing of a state cannot be separated from the religious views of its people that affect the leaders and lawmakers of a country. Law mirrors society. Therefore, I believe defending our children is always the right thing to do. Education is advancing policies that are risking the health, safety, and well being of our kids. They are the most vulnerable among us, so educators are dangerously undermining the relations with parents and their kids.
