April 28, 2023 DDF Breathes New Life Post/Podcast "The Corpse" and Comments

But, I just stated I respected a person and her efforts. Then some stranger didn’t just respond once, but multiple responses. Well, more like mini lectures. I tried to process how a compliment could, shall I say “trigger” a person to take that much time and energy to write out sooooo many words. I stopped reading and just closed the comments out. I remember reading a comment by Mike Rowe, the Dirty Jobs, guy who wrote something like how arrogant of a perfect stranger to think their opinion had any value on the content of his character or on his decisions or his life. It was an epic response! I know the lecture was more for the person I had complimented, but I felt for her. No wonder no one wants to actually try to make a difference in anything.
