Does Steve Jobs care about his customers.
Chelsea Kate Isaacs, was assigned a class project regarding the iPad’s use in the classroom. Since she was not getting any answers from Apple’s PR, she sent Steve Jobs and email. It is sad that a company as big as Apple can’t take the time to assist or even answer a few questions from their customers. Do they believe that their product is so great that customer service is not needed?

If this is how Apple and Steve Jobs feels about it’s customers I am not sure I want to purchase any of their products. I would hope that as a customer I would be able to get answers regarding their products. We saw the latest with the iPhone, I’m sure some customers are not happy with the lack of customer care that Apple is showing.
